NgipenHub offers three plans designed to fit different stages of a clinic's growth. The Free plan is permanent and includes everything you need to be discoverable. Paid plans unlock features that help you convert visitors into booked patients and manage them efficiently.
Free Plan — ₱0/month
The Free plan gives you a permanent, public clinic listing in the NgipenHub directory at no cost and with no expiry. It includes:
- Public clinic profile with name, address, description, and contact info.
- Services listing with optional price ranges.
- Operating hours display.
- Up to 10 clinic photos.
- Patient reviews display (reviews come in automatically from completed appointments).
- Eligibility for the admin Verified badge.
- Sitemap inclusion — your profile is indexed by Google.
Starter Plan — ₱100/month
The Starter plan adds active patient acquisition features on top of the Free plan:
- Everything in the Free plan.
- Online appointment booking — patients can submit booking requests directly from your profile.
- Review reply — respond publicly to patient reviews.
- Up to 20 clinic photos.
Pro Plan — ₱300/month
The Pro plan is the full-featured tier for clinics that want maximum visibility and patient management tools:
- Everything in the Starter plan.
- Patient messaging — a built-in chat inbox on your profile. Patients can message you without a NgipenHub account.
- Analytics dashboard — track profile views, appointment trends, top services, and patient retention data.
- Priority listing — a Featured badge and higher placement in search results over non-Pro clinics.
- Staff profiles — introduce your dentists with photos, roles, and bios on your public profile.
- Patient Contacts (CRM) — a contact list of everyone who has booked or messaged you, with private notes.
- Up to 50 clinic photos.
Free 30-Day Pro Trial
Every new clinic that creates a profile on NgipenHub receives a free 30-day Pro trial automatically — no payment required. This gives you time to experience all Pro features before deciding whether to subscribe. The trial is available once per clinic and cannot be stacked or restarted.
How Payment Works
NgipenHub does not use a payment gateway. All plan payments are processed via bank transfer. After transferring the fee to our account, log in to your dashboard, go to Plan & Billing, and upload your proof of payment along with your reference number. The admin team reviews it within 1 business day and activates your plan manually.
- Subscriptions run on a monthly cycle from the date of activation.
- No long-term contract — renew each month or stop anytime.
- Upgrade from Starter to Pro at any time by submitting the difference.
- Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
When your subscription expires, your account enters a 14-day grace period. During this time your photos remain visible and your profile stays published. After 14 days, excess photos (beyond the Free plan limit) are hidden until you renew.
