Getting Started: Register and Build Your Free Listing

Getting your dental clinic listed on NgipenHub is completely free and takes under 10 minutes. Once published, your clinic appears in search results across the Philippines, giving patients a way to find you, read about your services, and book directly from your profile. This guide walks you through every step.

Step 1: Create Your Account

Go to the Register page and sign up with your name, email address, and a password. After registering, you are automatically logged in as a clinic owner. No credit card is required at this stage — the Free plan is permanent with no expiry.

Step 2: Activate Your Free 30-Day Pro Trial

When you create your clinic profile for the first time, NgipenHub automatically activates a 30-day Pro trial on your account. This gives you full access to all Pro features — booking, messaging, analytics, staff profiles, and priority listing — so you can evaluate the platform before deciding whether to subscribe.

Step 3: Fill In Your Clinic Profile

From your dashboard, navigate to Clinic Profile. A complete profile ranks higher in search results and converts more visitors into appointments. Aim to fill in everything before publishing:

• Clinic name — use your official registered name.
• Description — 80 to 150 words describing your specializations, what makes your clinic different, and who your ideal patients are.
• Complete address — street, barangay, city, and province.
• Phone number — the number patients call to confirm bookings.
• Email address — for patient inquiries.
• Website — optional, but useful for credibility.
• At least one service with an optional price range.
• Operating hours for each day of the week.
• At least one clinic photo.

Step 4: Add Photos

Upload photos from the Photo Gallery section. Clinics with photos receive significantly more profile clicks than those without. Good photos to include: your reception or waiting area, treatment rooms, dental equipment, and the exterior of your building. Set your best photo as the cover — it is the first thing patients see in the directory.

Step 5: Add Your Services

Go to the Services section and add every procedure you offer — including routine ones like cleaning, X-ray, and extraction. Patients search by service name, so a complete service list increases your chances of appearing in relevant searches. Adding price ranges (even a "from ₱X" estimate) reduces unqualified inquiries and saves you time.

Step 6: Set Your Operating Hours

Go to Hours and set your schedule for each day of the week. Mark days as "Closed" explicitly rather than leaving them blank. Accurate hours prevent wasted trips and improve patient trust.

Step 7: Publish Your Listing

Once everything looks good, click "Publish Listing" from your dashboard. Your clinic becomes visible in the public directory immediately. You can unpublish at any time if you need to make significant changes without patients seeing an incomplete profile.
