NgipenHub includes clinic listings sourced from public directories and local data. If your clinic already has a profile that you did not create, you can submit a claim to take ownership — giving you full control to update the information, manage appointments, respond to reviews, and upgrade your subscription.
Why Claim Your Listing?
An unclaimed listing still appears in search results, but the information may be outdated or incomplete. Once claimed, you can update everything, add photos and services, set accurate hours, and respond to patient reviews. Patients are more likely to trust and book with clinics that have an active, managed presence.
Step 1: Find Your Clinic
Search for your clinic on the Find a Clinic page. Open the profile. If the clinic has not been claimed, you will see a yellow banner near the top of the profile that says "Is this your clinic?" with a Claim Listing button.
Step 2: Log In or Register
Clicking Claim Listing will prompt you to log in or create a NgipenHub account if you do not have one. The account you use to submit the claim will become the owner account — choose carefully. The email you register with should be your professional or clinic email, not a personal one.
Step 3: Fill Out the Claim Form
The claim form asks for your name, your role at the clinic, and supporting documents to verify ownership. You will need to upload at least two of the following:
- Primary document: DTI Certificate of Registration, SEC Registration, or PRC License.
- Secondary document: BIR Certificate of Registration, Mayor's Permit, or PhilHealth Accreditation.
- Government-issued ID (required): passport, driver's license, or national ID.
You will also be asked to confirm a consent statement acknowledging that you are the authorized representative of the clinic. Your IP address and timestamp are recorded for verification purposes.
Step 4: Wait for Review
Claims are reviewed by the NgipenHub admin team within 1 to 2 business days. If approved, the clinic listing is linked to your account, marked as Claimed and Verified, and you gain full access to edit it and manage bookings.
If Your Claim Is Rejected
The admin team will include a reason for rejection. Common reasons include: documents are unreadable, the document name does not match the clinic name, or the document provided does not correspond to the type selected. You may resubmit a corrected claim immediately.
Only one account can own a listing at a time. If another user has already claimed your clinic incorrectly, contact NgipenHub through the Contact Us page — include your supporting documents and we will resolve it.
