Finding a dental clinic that fits your needs — location, services, budget, and schedule — used to mean asking around or scrolling through social media. NgipenHub organizes all of that into one searchable directory so you can compare clinics side by side and decide with confidence.
Using the Search Bar
The search bar on the Find a Clinic page accepts clinic names, service names, or keywords. Typing "braces" surfaces clinics that list orthodontic services. Typing "Bright Smile" brings up that clinic directly. You can also search for a service and a city at the same time — the results will match clinics that offer that service in the selected location.
Search is not case-sensitive and partial matches are supported. If you type "orth" you will still see clinics with "orthodontics" in their services list.
Filtering by City
Use the City dropdown to narrow results to a specific area. The dropdown lists every city that has at least one published clinic in our directory. Once a city is selected, keyword searches only match clinics within that city — preventing results from other locations from mixing in.
You can also browse a dedicated city page — for example /clinics/manila or /clinics/cebu — which includes an intro to the dental landscape in that area and a full ranked list of clinics.
Sorting Results
The sort dropdown lets you control how clinics are ordered. Each option is useful in a different situation:
- Best Match — the default sort. Combines keyword relevance, average rating, review count, profile completeness, and whether the clinic has a featured listing. Great for general discovery.
- Top Rated — orders by average patient review score, with priority clinics shown first within the same rating tier. Best when review quality matters most to you.
- Most Reviewed — surfaces clinics with the highest number of verified patient reviews. Useful when you want social proof from a larger sample.
- A-Z — simple alphabetical order. Handy when you already know the clinic name and just want to find it quickly.
Reading Clinic Cards
Each card in the directory shows the clinic cover photo, name, address, star rating, and review count. Clinics with a "Featured" badge are on the Pro plan with priority placement in search results — it means they have paid for visibility, not necessarily that they are better than non-featured clinics.
A green "Verified" badge means the NgipenHub team has manually confirmed the clinic is real and the information is accurate. A "Claimed" status means the clinic owner has logged in and is actively managing the profile.
What to Look at on a Clinic Profile
Once you click into a clinic, check these things before deciding to book:
- Services tab — confirm they offer what you need, and check price ranges if listed.
- Hours tab — verify they are open on the day you plan to visit.
- Reviews tab — read recent reviews for honest patient feedback.
- Our Team tab — if visible, see the dentists and their qualifications.
- Photos — a clinic that shows its treatment room and reception area is usually more transparent.
If a clinic shows "Contact clinic for pricing" on a service, tap the Call or Message button next to it to ask directly. Pro clinics have a live chat feature built into their profile.
