How the Review System Works

NgipenHub reviews are verified — only patients who completed an appointment can leave one.

Every review on NgipenHub is tied to a real, completed appointment. You cannot leave a review simply by visiting the website or creating an account — this policy exists to protect both patients reading reviews and clinics from unfair or fake feedback.

How You Get Invited to Review

When a clinic marks your appointment as "Completed" in their dashboard, the system automatically emails you a review invitation containing a unique, one-time link. This email is sent to the address you provided when booking. Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it within a few hours of your visit.

Submitting Your Review

Click the link in the email to open the review form. You will see the clinic name and your appointment details pre-filled for reference. The form asks for:

  • A star rating from 1 to 5 — 1 being very poor, 5 being excellent.
  • A written review — optional but strongly encouraged. Describe what you experienced: wait time, cleanliness, how the dentist communicated, whether you felt any pain, and whether you would return.

Once submitted, your review appears on the clinic's public profile immediately. The clinic can respond with a public reply, but they cannot edit or remove your review.

Review Link Rules

  • Review links expire 7 days after the appointment was marked completed.
  • Each appointment generates exactly one unique link — one review per visit.
  • You can edit your review within 48 hours of submitting it.
  • After 48 hours the review is locked and can no longer be changed.
  • If you lose the link, there is no way to recover it — the clinic cannot re-send it.

What Makes a Helpful Review

Ratings alone help, but detailed reviews help other patients much more. A useful review answers:

  • What procedure did you have done?
  • How was the wait time and the clinic environment?
  • Did the dentist explain what they were doing?
  • Was the pricing fair relative to the quality of care?
  • Would you return for future treatment?

You do not need to write a long review — even three honest sentences are more useful than a star rating with no context.

Why This System Exists

Open review platforms are easily abused. Competitors leave fake negative reviews. Clinic owners ask friends to leave fake positives. By requiring a completed appointment with a one-time token, NgipenHub ensures that every review reflects a genuine patient experience. The result is a review system that patients can actually trust.

Did not receive the review email? Ask the clinic if they have marked your appointment as Completed. The link is only generated when that status is set.
