You can request an appointment at any clinic that has online booking enabled, without creating an account. The entire process takes under two minutes. Here is exactly how it works — from finding the clinic to what happens after you submit.
Step 1: Find the Clinic and Open Their Profile
Search for the clinic by name or browse by city from the Find a Clinic page. Click the clinic card to open their full profile. Current NgipenHub plans include online booking, so clinic profiles can show a Book Appointment tab once the clinic has set its services and schedule. If booking is not visible, use the clinic phone, email, social links, or Message Clinic tab when available.
Step 2: Open the Book Appointment Tab
Click the "Book Appointment" tab on the clinic profile. You will see a short form. Fill in the following:
- Full name — your name as you want the clinic to address you.
- Email address — required for the appointment confirmation and future review invitation.
- Phone number — optional but strongly recommended. Most clinics confirm by phone or SMS.
- Service — select from the clinic's listed services if available, or leave blank for a general consultation.
- Preferred date and time — choose what works for your schedule. The clinic may adjust based on availability.
- Additional notes — describe your concern briefly, e.g. "tooth pain lower right" or "interested in braces consultation".
Step 3: Submit Your Request
Click "Request Appointment." You will see a confirmation card on screen showing all the details you entered. You can print or save this as a PDF using the Print button — useful to keep as a reference before the clinic confirms.
Your booking request is sent directly to the clinic's appointments dashboard. A clinic staff member will contact you — usually by phone or SMS — to confirm the exact schedule. Most clinics respond within the same business day.
What Happens After You Submit
The booking goes through the following stages on the clinic's side:
- Pending — your request is received and waiting for the clinic to review.
- Confirmed — the clinic has set the exact time and will contact you.
- Completed — your visit is done. You will receive a review invitation email automatically.
- Cancelled — if the appointment is cancelled by either party.
Important Things to Know
- Booking is a request, not a guaranteed time slot — the clinic confirms the exact schedule with you directly.
- You can book at multiple clinics to compare availability, then cancel the ones you do not need.
- No cancellation fee — if your plans change, call the clinic as early as possible.
- Walk-ins are still accepted at most clinics regardless of online bookings.
- If you do not receive a call or SMS within 24 hours, follow up via the Message tab or call the clinic directly.
Provide a working mobile number even if it says optional. Philippine dental clinics almost always confirm appointments by phone rather than email.
